We have an obligation of means and we do our best to find as soon as possible the housing corresponding to the specifications established together with our client. There is no maximum duration for the research of housing of our customers. The price is fixed, it will not vary and this whatever the duration. We accompany our customers until the signature of the lease.
By signing the "mission start letter", you commit yourself to entrust us with your search on an exclusive basis. This means that it is a commitment for you (Customer), for us (Kokoon) and for your hunter (Kokooner).

Payment of Kokoon fees is made at the beginning of the mission. However, we are flexible according to the client's situation with payment schedules of up to 12 times without charge.

No, the Kokooner is not a real estate agent, it is an independent real estate hunter dedicated to rentals.
He commits himself to defend your interests and to do his utmost to be reactive throughout the mission and this, until the signature of the lease. Based on your specifications, he will propose the best options available on the market. Finally, he will protect your personal information.
She/he was recruited for her/his human qualities: drive, empathy and humor in order to best accompany Kokoon's clients. These points are essential for us, because we know that the rental search is often a strong emotional experience. Our goal is to humanize this moment as much as possible to make it pleasant for you.
The Kokooner will source properties on the market that match the specifications established with the client. He will pre-validate your file to be sure that you meet the criteria of the owners and / or agencies.
Once the property corresponding to the client's criteria is attractive, he will organize "virtuous visits". They are "virtuous" because according to our experience and the selection of the property by the Kokooner, you have an 80% chance of obtaining the property in question. Your rental file is indeed presented to the real estate agent before the visit and your Kokooner makes sure that it corresponds to his selection criteria.

The Kokooner is aligned with the schedules of real estate agencies and therefore works during the week. He can exceptionally free himself on weekends for a visit. Our rates vary according to the number of missions requested (from 1 to 10 searches). We can also offer you a tailor-made rate if you wish to accompany more than 25 employees. It is important to understand that the MOBILI-PASS grant is not paid directly to the individual.
On the other hand, it allows you to finance the costs related to the services of a private mobility professional freely chosen by you or by your company (if it is the company that finances your professional mobility).
There is also a Mobili-pass loan that can cover other expenses such as double rent or moving costs.
If you are eligible for the MOBILI-PASS subsidy, Kokoon takes care of the administrative procedures and the follow-up of the procedure, free of charge, until the effective payment of the aid.
To obtain the Mobili-Pass, you must respect the following rules:
1. You must apply within 6 months of getting a job, a transfer or a training.
2. You can only obtain it every two years and only one person in the household can benefit from it each time.
3. If you received it last year, you must wait two years before you can apply again.
4. If your spouse already has a Mobili-Pass, you cannot get it either.
You cannot directly receive the Mobilipass aid even if you are eligible. The Mobilipass aid can only be received by a partner of Action Logement (such as Kokoon) who has accompanied you in your search for accommodation.
In order to benefit from the MOBILI-PASS subsidy, it is essential to meet 3 criteria
1st criterion: your personal status - you must be either on a transfer or have been hired on a permanent or temporary contract, or on a work-study basis!
2nd criterion: geographical distance - your current home must be more than 70 kilometers or 1 hour and 15 minutes away from your new job
3rd criterion: your type of company - the establishment must be a private sector company with more than 10 employees or more.

Every French private company contributes to Action Logement every year, which entitles their employees to housing-related assistance. For example, most social housing is financed by Action Logement. The Mobili-pass grant is therefore an aid that allows to pay for relocation and rental property hunting services such as Kokoon in order to facilitate the professional and geographical mobility of employees of private companies with more than 10 employees. More than 20,000 individuals take advantage of the Mobilipass subsidy each year and Kokoon accompanies more than 1,000 new tenants each year.
MOBILI-PASS is a subsidy set up by Action Logement to cover the cost of finding accommodation for employees who are on the move, being hired or transferred. This subsidy covers all of Kokoon's hunting costs.
