Great experience. Gregoire went above and beyond helping me find a beautiful apartment that suits me perfectly when my pre-booked accomodations fell through. I am very particular about setting and design. But with his deep knowledge of the Paris real estate market, he encouraged me to consider (or reconsider) spaces and neighborhoods that I would have dismissed for superficial reasons. I first connected with Kokoon on March 8 and on March 30 moved into a dreamy two-bedroom on an iconic street. As a foreigner, I'm not sure I would ever have found a place on my own: Kokoon prepared a compelling application for me BEFORE I set foot in an apartment, ensuring that when I found a place, I'd be a hard candidate to turn down.
